Das PSI.vision Institut für Forschung und Anwendung von nicht-lokaler Wahrnehmung ist ein unabhängiges, privates Forschungsinstitut und ein Projekt von PSI unit.

 

PSI unit arbeitet als Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bereich Remote Viewing. Daneben widmet sich PSI unit der Forschung und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit zum Thema Remote Viewing. Das Verständnis der Funktionalität von PSI-Prozessen erachten wir als wesentlichen Faktor für eine Anwendungsbasis dieser Methodik. Wir arbeiten gern mit allen zusammen, die sich um Aufklärung und Bildung in diesen Bereichen bemühen.

William “Bill” G. Ray

Bill spent over three and a half years as a remote viewer with the remote viewing unit at Fort George G. Meade. For 18 months of that time he lead the unit as its commander.

Bill Ray is a retired US Army Major and a retired Department of Defense Civilian. He has over 50 years of Government Service, including 42 years as a US Army Intelligence Officer. His tours include over 20 years in Europe and five combat tours in the Mideast.

He has a Bachelors Degree in History from the State University of New York and a Masters Degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California.

He was assigned to the Stargate Project from 3 January 1984 to 8 June 1987. He served as the Unit Commander from approximately October 1985 until his departure from the Unit. He is one of the five military viewers originally trained by Ingo Swann. He was operational at the Star Gate Project in both Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) and Extended Remote Viewing (ERV).

After the declassification of Remote Viewing, he taught CRV classes in Europe to Dutch, Belgium and German students. Since returning to the US, he has assisted Dr Paul Smith in teaching CRV classes and has worked with Pam Coranado in teaching ERV to students, He has served as the Emcee for the International Remote Viewing Association Conference, when not deployed, and has made several presentations to the Conference
